The large padded seat adjusts vertically and horizontally for comfort. The large LCD screen provides ‘real time’ feedback display. Exercise booklet and you tube movies included to show you how to get the best out of this bench. I am 6'1' and have been using this every other day for over 4 months now without any issues. Comfortable and well padded support for back and legs.Folds handily and easily. Price is very good for such a well made weight bench.
